Madame Curiosités Wickford Pub Quiz Caper

Syd Moore was commissioned to write about Wickford by investigating its history and its communities. Her research involved time spent with residents in different locations, exploring the Wickford Community Archive, and visiting sites such as Our Lady’s Well and St Mary's Church. Her second project was a performance piece, scripted and performed by Syd called ‘Madame Curiosité’s Wickford Pub Quiz Caper’, a fortune teller who is able to channel the untold stories of the women of Wickford.
